Delivery Times

Topteamwear/clubsports are committed to providing an excellent service and under normal circumstances all items will be delivered within the estimated guidelines given on the website.
Estimated delivery lead times are guidelines only and are always subject to stock availability and delivery from our suppliers. Delivery times can increase significantly during busy periods.
Delays on orders may occur from time to time, which are out of our control. We accept no responsibility for any delays that occur by carrier. We will not be liable for compensation for any reason whatsoever.

Delivery of Orders
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to sign for the parcel. If your order is then returned to us by the courier due to either an incorrect address supplied or that no one was available to sign for the parcel then you will be charged an additional delivery charge before we reship the goods. Please note that if you have received free delivery, then a charge will be taken before we resend your order.

Once an order is placed with us, the contract we hold with you as the customer is to deliver goods to your address as submitted at the time of order. If you then make any changes with our courier once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, then we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from such changes and we will not be liable for compensation whatsoever. These changes include but are not limited to requesting for goods to be left with a neighbour, a change in delivery date, or agreeing for goods to be left in a safe place without a signature.

Amending an Order
If you wish to make any amendments to your order, please send an email to info@topteamwear.co.uk  within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to comply with the request but cannot guarantee it.


Customer Returns
Topteamwear/clubsports is a discount UK supplier to Businesses, Football Clubs, Local Authorities, Universities, HM Forces, Schools and Colleges. All orders placed with our company are accepted on the basis that you are business customer. We accept that if you don’t provide a company name that you are a sole trader and we supply you solely on a business to business relationship basis. As a result, we do not fall under consumer based acts such as the new Consumer Rights Act 2015 or distance selling regulations 2014.

We never recommend garment sizes to customers, some manufacturer’s suggest ages/sizes, but you will appreciate that children of the same age are not the same size. As a result, we as a Company always advise ordering samples prior to ordering a team purchase.
 No returns will be accepted after 14 days of the receipt of goods. We will confirm to you by email if we are able to accept a return based on our returns policy within 5 working days. Acceptance of returns of goods after the 7 day period is at the company’s discretion. Discontinued items may not be accepted for return and is again at the discretion of the company. If discontinued items are accepted for return they may be subject to an additional restock and administration fee. If we agree to the return of goods, we will issue you a return authorisation number by email and the procedure for the returns. Items must not be returned without this authorisation number. Failure to comply with our returns policy will result in your return being refused and any costs will be your sole responsibility. Once accepted for return, customers must ensure goods are back with us within 6 working days of the customer receiving the authorisation number. Any items that are received after this time period will be refused and customers shall be subject to the delivery charge to have the items sent back out to them.

All goods that are accepted for return must be complete and in an unused condition, the product must be undamaged and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any personalised goods for return. We are also unable to accept any clearance items or base layer shorts/bottoms.


Refund of shipping return cost is only applicable on faulty products and where agreed prior to the return of the item(s). Where Topteamwear/Clubsports have asked for a product to be returned and it is then deemed to be faulty Topteamwear/clubsports shall cover the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of £7.50. If the return postage exceeds this price, please contact Topteamwear/clubsports directly before sending items back.

Incorrectly Ordered Garments/Sizes/Colours/Quantities
We are an internet based company and all orders should be confirmed in writing. Any orders placed by telephone are entirely at the customer’s risk. We expect the customer to order the correct Garments, Sizes, Colours and Quantities.
If Topteamwear/clubsports supplied your order correctly, we will not accept any costs incurred in exchanging products. All costs, including a possible restocking charge and delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Topteamwear/clubsports should be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of any items you would like to return. We will not accept any liability after this time.
All goods that are accepted for return must be complete and in an unused condition, the product must be in a resalable condition and in the original undamaged packaging.
You are unable to return any personalised or clearance goods for return, while we are also unable to accept all base layer shorts/bottoms.


Faulty Items
We as a company reserve the right to refund for a faulty item rather than replacing it. This is dependent on the item and will be discussed further by one of our customer service representatives.  If the alternative decision is made and we do provide customers with replacements, we shall not be liable for any costs related to personalisation carried out by any other company whatsoever.

Please note that incorrect application or use of machinery and materials during the personalisation process can cause faults to develop with the garments, therefore we reserve the right to reject any garment fault where we believe the fault has potentially been caused by an personalisation process not carried out by us.


Clearance Items
The company operates a strict “No Returns Policy” on clearance goods.


Returns Costs
Where we have agreed to accept a return, you the customer will be liable for any costs incurred in returning the items to us and accept that you are liable for any possible administration and restocking costs involved. The costs will vary based on quantity, weight and brand of items agreed for return. This cost will be confirmed to you when we confirm your returns authorisation number. The company encourages all customers to use a secure and tracked service.


Shortages
If you receive an order and you believe they may be a shortage please ensure you take all of items out of the box, and go through each item separately to ensure that items haven’t stuck together or items haven’t slipped inside another item of your order. You should advise us in writing of all shortages within 24 hours of receipt, failure to do so and we will be unable to accept your claim.
Please note Topteamwear/clubsports weight check all orders that leave our premises, so we are able to check to ensure the order was dispatched complete. As part of your claim you may be required to report theft from the box to the police and then supply to us the crime number, police station and officer dealing with the crime. All suspected fraudulent claims for shortages will be reported by us to the Police for further investigation. We reserve the right to pass all of your details to the Police authorities, in all instances where we believe a crime may have been committed. We have introduced this procedure due to a number of fraudulent claims. The police have prosecuted those who have made fraudulent claims.


Cancellation of Orders
If you have placed your order with Topteamwear/clubsports and then subsequently decide you wish to cancel the order, provided we have not personalised your order, you are able to cancel but you will be liable for a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee covers our administration costs and print preparation charges. If the order has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for the return costs. You will need to confirm in writing that you wish to cancel you order, this needs to be done in writing either by Post or email. We will not accept cancellation of your order until we receive confirmation in writing.
You are unable to cancel your order if the goods have been personalised.


Invoicing

Please note that for legality reasons we are unable to change the invoice address once an order has been placed. If you require the invoice to be made out to a sponsor then an account must be set up under the sponsor's name and not using your personal account. What Defines A Sample Order:
Only orders which meet the below points will be accepted to be a Sample Order.

1. The sample order contains no more than 1 of each colour/size garment.
2. The sample order contains no more than 3 styles of garment.

Terms and Conditions for the Return, Exchange or Refund of a Sample Order:
All samples supplied by Topteamwear/clubsports are fully refundable (except for postage and packing charges) provided the following is strictly adhered to;

1. A return is requested within 7 days.
2. Once accepted for return, samples are returned within 5 working days.
3. All samples are returned in their original condition.
4. All samples are returned with all tags and packaging complete, if tags have been removed or packaging damaged then an administration charge to rectify this may apply, or in the worst case scenario result in the rejection of your return.
5. All samples are returned in a saleable condition.

If any Sample items that you were to return that do not adhere to the above strict re saleable guide lines, will result in your return being rejected and no refund will be issued. If you require the goods to be returned to you, you will be liable to pay for administration and return delivery charges. These will be communicated to you based on the individual situation and quantity of goods.

Delivery Charges
The company charges for all deliveries. All orders require a signature; the courier will make three attempts to deliver your goods. If you are not available to sign for the order and the goods are returned to us, you will be recharged for another delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Website quoted delivery prices are based on a UK Mainland address only, excluding BFPO, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, All Isles and Outer Hebrides. Some Scottish locations may require an additional delivery charge, you will be notified once you have placed your order, or alternatively contact us prior to placing your order.

Please note that once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, it is then your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to sign for the parcel. If your order is then returned to us by the courier due to either an incorrect address supplied or that no one was available to sign for the parcel then we will need to receive a further payment for the same amount of paid delivery at time of the original order, this is to cover the costs associated with your order being delivered back to us by the courier company. We will then also need to take a further payment to redeliver your order to the same amount paid on the original order. Please note that if you have received free delivery, then a charge will need to be taken before we will resend your order and also to cover the cost of the return of the goods back to ourselves due to the non delivery.

Conditions of Sale
Every effort is made to ensure goods bought from Topteamwear/clubsports, are of excellent manufacturing quality. Should there be an issue with quality then Topteamwear/clubsports reserve the right to return the item to the original manufacturer for inspection before deciding on relevant action.

If our courier of parcels is unable to start or continue with carriage of the shipper's package for a reason beyond its control, we will not be in breach of our agreement with the receiver, but will take all steps that are reasonably practicable in the circumstances to commence or continue the carriage.

Please note if an issue arises whereby we are unable to supply the original product ordered, then at our discretion we reserve the right to supply a similar alternative product.

We reserve the right not to accept any order until full payment has been made by the customer either by cheque where payment will be deemed to have been made when a cheque has been received and funds cleared to our bank account or by a credit card when payment has been successfully authorised by the credit card company. The company will then accept that a contract has occurred and we will endeavour to meet all agreed delivery schedules. Delays at times may be unavoidable due to conditions out of our control by third party suppliers such as Nike, Mitre, Prostar, Stanno, and all other smaller suppliers to our company. Topteamwear/clubsports, reserve the right to cancel your order in either full or part at any time and return any payment applicable against any cancellation. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for a card refund to process. Some card refunds can take up to 5 working days from the date the refund is processed for the funds to appear in your account, it is often sooner than this but this is the maximum time we have to allow as it always dependent on your bank and their processing times.


Printing
We will use our best endeavours to obtain the closest possible match to files/artwork submitted to Topteamwear/clubsports, however we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour of the finished print, due to the heat application of digital printing to the garment, shade variants may occur when printing on to different colour garments. Any file/artwork submitted to Topteamwear/clubsports that you have supplied which requires exact pantone colours will be printed as near as the printing process allows.
Topteamwear/clubsports, accept no liability in the finished digital colour print.


Copyright Patented Designs
The Customer shall hold the Company indemnified in respect of any claim cost expense or loss in respect of any patent copyright design or trademark registration or any similar form of protection in respect of the production or sale of any of the Goods specified or authorised by the Customer. The Company gives no warranty (and none shall be implied) that the Goods or their sale or use shall not infringe copyright patent design or trademark registration or other similar forms of protection belonging to any third party. Sale of the Goods shall not imply or include the sale assignment or passing of any copyright to Customer.
 
Rights to Promote the supply of Product.
With placement of an order with Topteamwear/clubsports, you grant permission for Topteamwear/clubsports to have full rights to use and distribute text, images and video relating to the supply of products, including those taken by third parties, including the permission on behalf of any company, club or any other association related to the order. You have the right to withdraw this permission at the time of order by telephone or within 12 hours of an order placed online and this must be made in writing via email using the same email address at the time of order and from the individual or companies contact details used.

Limitation of Liability
This website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Topteamwear/clubsports therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to pricing and availability. In the instance of a website pricing error, you will be notified and given the opportunity to either make a payment for the additional amount required. Where you decide not to make payment your order will be cancelled in full and any monies paid refunded via the same method. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order without prior notice.

Please note that while Topteamwear/clubsports mainly uses images supplied by the manufacturers of the products available for sale on the website the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation to the true colour. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the imagery and descriptions are accurate, however, specifications may change such as but not limited to trim colour or brand location. We cannot be held responsible for any colour variations on your computer monitor or portable device. If a specific colour is required, we would always advise ordering a sample prior to placing any large order, especially where you will also require personalisation of the product as we will be unable to accept any return on this basis.

League and Association Rules
Please note Topteamwear/clubsports take no responsibility whatsoever for any product which is deemed unacceptable to wear by any league or association. We are aware that some leagues have rules which prohibit garments that are too dark as a colour, or where a jersey has a plain black rear, however it is the customer’s sole responsibility to perform the necessary checks with their league or association before placing an order. Different leagues and associations will have different interpretations on what is within their rules/handbook so we always recommend contacting them prior to placing an order with us.

By entering into a transaction/quotation or registering an account you agree and confirm to be bound to the terms and conditions displayed on this website.

Please note that we do not hold any financial information of any kind regarding card details or bank accounts on our website.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to manage your account including any quotes or orders and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us which can be found on the footer of any of our email marketing.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
